Called in for a simple repair as my cable became loose, response was quick by technician however it took him 4 hours to repair a job that should have taken 15 mins. Technician tried to tell me the springs were broken and need replacing but in actuality they were fine and in working condition. It almost seemed he had no knowledge in what he was doing. Called the main office to speak to a manager and have yet to hear back from them. Would not recommend to anyone.

I booked just one day in advance to have two garage opener installed. Technician Yousef showed up on time, very polite young gentle man. Top notch workmanship! Loved how he neatly nailed the wire to ceiling and walls. How he cared to take the extra time to make everything look nice is impressive! After I saw the installation, Was I glad I called them instead of doing it myself! 5-Stars!!

The repair technicians arrived promptly on time, as scheduled. They were and polite, courteous and professional. Repair took approximately 90 min. They replaced both tension springs and lubricated all components. The reason for the three stars was for how much was charged for parts. The company’s mark up on the springs is 5x retail price. If I had known that was the problem, I would have purchased the parts myself in advance of the call. They charge $170 for each spring (retail $34.99) and for cables they charge $70 (retail $11.95 CDN). Do yourself a favour and buy your own parts if you know what the problem is in advance.

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. I wish all contractors I've worked with were of the same caliber as Garage One. Arrived on time. Gave me all costs up front, and provided a low cost option that made my garage door 100% more user friendly. Polite, friendly, & courteous, Ahmed & Dino were totally professional on every level. Job well done. I highly recommend this company based on the service I received today. Thank you, Garage One!

Wish I had read the reviews before I went. Was told I could pick up things for my garage before 2pm. Showed up at 10:55am and the door was locked. Called the number on the door and they said the guy would be there soon (even though the posted hours say open at 8:30). Called again at 11:15 and they said 5min. Had to leave at 11:25 to take my son to his soccer game - guy never showed. Not sure what their customer service would be like if you decide to get your garage door installed there, but I wouldn't take the chance.
