My husband drove off without taking a look behind him and I guess it was a good thing I was in the garage at that time. The overhead door closed down while making this strange noise and didn't close well on one side. It was obviously a garage door cable problem. I could see it looping in different parts and at first I thought it had broken. Anyway, the immediate response of Payless Garage Door Repair saved me the time of finding out myself. The technician assured me that it had just come off the drum. He had it fixed right away. He checked both cables, balanced the door, checked the garage door springs, too! He was great and I loved that he was so fast in his response!

I only noticed that one of the extension springs was sagging due to the height of my husband. He is very tall and the other day I saw his head almost coming in contact with the extension spring. I mentioned that to Payless Garage Door Repair and they suggested the immediate replacement of the springs. As the technicians explained from up close, the garage door springs could last for a while longer but we shouldn't take our chances. We couldn't agree more. The whole service was done to our satisfaction. We also liked that they replaced the pulleys, checked the cables and installed safety cables. Very organized team!

The garage door started moving and then stopped, like it was jammed. It was stuck there mid-way down from the floor and wouldn't go up or down. I didn't try again. I just called Payless Garage Door Repair and asked emergency assistance. As the technician showed me the extension springs pulley was split. He had to replace it. Thankfully the job was completed that same day. I took this chance with the technician at my home and asked him to install safety cables as well. He did! Loved the service, the technician and the immediate response!

The technicians from Payless Garage Door Repair were in my home to fix the garage door off track. They told me that there were some track dents, which caused the problem and they had them fixed. They also tightened the fasteners and made sure the door moved right. What I also liked was that they gave me a few tips on how to keep garage door parts clean and my family safety. I couldn't believe that they actually devoted time to explain some things concerning my loved ones and my garage door and I just want to thank them once more.
