I didn't know what was wrong with the overhead garage door but I wished that it could be fixed fast. It was moving in a strange way and didn't want to take risks. So, I kept parking the car outside with all the risks involved for doing so. I had called two different technicians and none managed to fix the problem. Then one of my neighbors suggested Dave Garage Door Repair. The technicians of this company checked the system and told me about a chain and sprocket opener problem. It was fixed within the next twenty minutes. No more garage door opener problems, no more parking outside! Plus, the team was extraordinary in terms of behavior! Very polite!

We could see the garage door cable hanging instead of being wrapped around the drum and so we didn't even bother attempting opening the door. Instead we called Dave Garage Door Repair. The response was immediate, the cable was fixed, and the movement and balance of the door was checked and checked again. The whole service was excellent and we mostly appreciated that the cable was repaired so fast. We have seen other companies fixing garage door parts and assure you that this particular company is truly different.

I hear people talking about replacing their garage door rollers after many years of use and I had already replaced mine twice within a period of ten years. What the guy from Dave Garage Door Repair said was that I was choosing the wrong rollers. He suggested nylon rollers. I live in a high humidity region and that's why my rollers were eroding so fast. Nobody else had told me about that! This was the first technician mentioning it and without me asking him either! More than the excellent and immediate service, I appreciated his professionalism. Some technicians do care!

The garage door service I received from Dave Garage Door Repair was fantastic! They are a very friendly bunch who works hard to achieve their goal. In my case, the goal was a repair and they accomplished it with flying colors. Thank you for repairing my garage door.

It's hard to express in words our deepest gratefulness to Dave Garage Door Repair. We had some trouble with our opener. The overhead garage door wouldn't come down and made these terrible noises. We didn't know whether to disengage the garage door opener or what to do and then we remembered that a friend had suggested this company some time back. We called and all our problems were gone that same day. The opener problem was fixed, the technician was nice and the whole service was beyond what we expected.
