Required a remote opener for a dated garage lift system. I had tried various devices available through several major retail stores but found all didn’t work with my dated system. Contacted the company and spoke with Donnetta who, after a few questions, determined and recommended a solution. She was very apologetic that they didn’t have that particular device in stock but indicated they were expecting a shipment by close of business the next day. I provided my contact information and was assured I would receive a call once they were in. True to her commitment I received a call the next day confirming the devices were in. Stopped by to pick up the device and received instructions on how to program the device to achieve success with my system. Followed the instructions provided and very quickly had the door working again. Even though my purchase amounted to a small dollar figure I received great service with a very nice personal touch which was very much appreciated....thank you By the way if you have cause to go to their shop for any extras on remember Sully (office dog) would welcome the interaction and maybe even a treat.

Fantastic Service, .... moved into a new place 5 months ago and had them do a repair on the door as a hinge broke making it heavy lifting. Last week I started having issues with the Opener. It's an old Craftsman Unit, so had them replace and upgrade everything to a new LiftMaster My-Q Wi-Fi model ... very cool unit. Anyway, wouldn't deal with anybody else! Thanks

I think these guy's are under new management or something, because I used them and then checked the google reviews. I know that's backwards. Anyway, they were fantastic! I had a broken spring on my garage door and they explained over the phone the proceeder, came out that day and fixed it as well as replaced the other spring too. So polite and professional. I own a few properties and will use these guy's exclusively.

I had a similar experience to the reviewer above. I called June 26th for a spring repair or replacement. Someone showed up the next day to weigh the door but the scale wasn't working. He WD40ed my hinges and wheels and charged my $90 of which half was supposed to go to the installation cost. I was told that someone would be there after the weekend. No show. I called and was told that someone would be there that afternoon, the next morning at the latest. No show again and no phone call. I called again and got an apology for the no show and told that someone would call to book an appointment in 30 minutes. Once again , nothing. Finally I called the competition and they fixed the door in 45 minutes for less than these guys. It just bums me out that I am out $90 for nothing.
