I had Brett out to repair the springs on my garage door. The service was professional and fast. Brett phoned before he came out first thing in the morning and gave an hour window of when he would arrive and was on time. He was very friendly, polite, and courteous. When he completed the spring repair, he double checked everything on the door and gave it some oil for maintenance. This is the second time I have used the services of Glenmore doors (different home this time) and the first time was with Josh years ago (also great experience) I would not hesitate to call again or recommend them to my friends and family.

Great customer service! Jim gave me a quote/immediate callback with date for repair. Brett called first thing in the morning with a timeframe and was very prompt, polite and had the repair done within an hour. Highly recommend and would definitely use their services againðŸ˜Š

My experience was Great! From the first call with the office, right through to the installation, it went as smooth as you can get. I worked with the office staff to diagnose the problem by sending pictures. They quickly called and reviewed options with me. We scheduled a day and an approximate time; the morning of the appointment I received a call with a time. Two very polite and professional gentlemen worked on the door. What I liked was they helped me verify what we should do, and collectively decided that other items would not be required... No hard sell on stuff I didn't need. I am very happy with the end result, everything they did was perfect. I wish all the contractors were as professional as these guys.

Many thanks to the great people at Glenmore Door Services! Our door broke late at night, so I phoned and left a message to please return my call. Sarah (the receptionist, who is very helpful, accommodating and efficient!) promptly returned my call shortly after 8 AM the next day and set up a time for repair (that same morning, no less!) Brett arrived on time and is very polite and professional and had the job completed within an hour - finished before lunchtime! I highly recommend Glenmore Doors for any repairs, and when it's time for a new door, we will most definitely be contacting Glenmore. The price is very reasonable and fair, and the work was done well, cheerfully and in a timely manner. Thanksabunch! Tina
