Was shopping around to get my rear window resealed on my truck as it had a leak. Phoned one of their competitors to get a quote and they told me they couldn't guarantee taking my back window off without breaking it, or guarantee that they could reseal it successfully and recommended to just buy a new back window at 300 dollars + install. When I phoned Camrose Glass they said it was pretty easy to reseal and guaranteed there would be no issues. 4 months later after having it done there has been no problems and the price was pretty fair. Great service as well.

Took my car there for a new windshield and my car has one of those keys that flip open, it was working perfectly when I dropped it off. But when I picked my car up and drove all the way back to work I noticed they bent it pretty bad and it wouldn't even flip closed properly anymore. I called and they basically told me it was like that when I dropped it off because they were talking about how it was broken right before I picked it up. I ended up driving back and speaking face to face with a few people and the lady that helped me when I dropped it off said she didn't notice if it was broken or not as the key part was tucked inside when I dropped it off, so that right there confirms they broke the key as it wouldn't have been flipped closed if it was broken previously. They ended up bending it back for me, but the key is super loose and brittle and i am honestly afraid of using it as I am worried it will break off in the ignition. So I just spent $260 on a new windshield and I'm out another $70 for the new key I purchased last month!

Very disappointed with our experience. We waited one month for a revised window quote before we could order. Then two months later when I called to find out if our window had arrived, it turned out the order had never been placed. They made excuses for why this happened, but told me they'd see if they could get a rush order on our window. I asked for them to call me with an update by the end of the day. That was 4 days ago. Still no callback or evidence that they're actually trying to make this right.

Top notch service. I thought I only needed to replace a simple part in my garage door opener system, but when it was all said and done the tech sold us and installed an entire new system and was in and out in no time.
