Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable

Had all of our windows replaced by a contractor working for Windsor Plywood in Camrose. As an incentive to replace all of our windows instead of just some, he offered to throw in a new front door. After installing the windows, we never heard from them again and he did not return our phone calls. A few years later we had a different company replace our siding, soffit, fascia and roof, and they reported that due to the windows being installed incorrectly, (the screws have been put in on an angle instead of straight) our windows are all bowed outwards. This made capping around the windows a nightmare. Needless to say we are not impressed.

Recently, I asked the owner of Windsor Plywood Camrose AB to replace a defective piece of pine which showed up in a package of 8 which I had purchased from the store. He seemed extremely agitated when I spoke to him even before I mentioned my problem. The pine was so bad that you could actually see through to the other side of the suspect lumber. I advised him that he should not be selling such an inferior product to his customers. I guess he was having a bad day and took it out on me by asking me to leave the store at which point I was happy to do so. For an organization which claims to have customer satisfaction at the forefront of their policies and to sell only quality products this operation seems not to have gotten the memo. I would like to mention that the staff at this operation are excellent and courteous. It's very sad that they have to work for an individual who does not appreciate his customers who would like to receive value for their hard earned money.

Great selection of building supplies like doors and windows, stains, building wood, and speciality wood. Really easy to get distracted shopping here and day dreaming about home renos!
