Very disappointed in the quality of products. The opener on my garage was installed as part of the original build in 2014. It's a Legacy model 850 and according the manufacturer, this product should have a usable life of 15 to 20 years. I had the system for 3 years before the electronic board was fried. Calling the service department was an effort in futility. Their only offer of a solution was to send a repair technician out, indicating that there would be charges for labour and that only the parts replaced might be covered by warranty. One of the fundamental reasons consumers report dissatisfaction with a product is the unwillingness of a company to stand behind the very products they sell. I have no interest in replacing this opener with another of Overhead Door's products for fear that I may end up in the same situation down the road. As a result of this situation, they have eternally damaged their brand in my eyes and I cannot, in good faith, recommend or purchase their products ever again.

Right parts at the right price. Will stop in for any of my garage door needs in the future.

One salesman on duty, totally occupied by an elderly lady wanting 25 cents worth of parts and taking three hours to get there. I have no fault to find with the salesman. He was very kind, very decent, very proper with the lady. My complaint is with the idea of having one sales person on duty. This is a combined business, trying to sell high end windows and garage doors. I think it's nuts to combine them, and double nuts to try to do that with one person on duty, but what do I know.? What I do know is that there was a woman on the garage door side who did nothing, absolutely nothing, to help out. A useless piece of work.
