I don't know why I waited so long having so many other people mess around with my opener... to only make it worse... these guys came in, identified the problem immediately, told me how much it would be, and that they'd have it done in a half hour. Super nice guys...Dave is amazing. These guys know their stuff SO well! Really honest and efficient people...thank you!!

Garage door broke one evening and I decided to call Overhead Door hoping I would get a voicemail indicating an emergency number to call. To my surprise, my call actually went through to a center and I got to speak to someone. They contacted a tech for me who called me right away and was able to come that night. Katlin fixed my garage door in no time and explain everything to me and answered any questions I had. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I was disappointed at first. Been using these guys for close to 18 years. Joe he installer was fantastic. Glad he helped salvage this relationship. Got a new wireless opener and very very pleased. 👍

Very happy with every aspect of this experience. Helpful service over the phone (thanks Susanne!), accurate appointment time, broken spring and hinges were repaired well, and the price was very reasonable and exactly as quoted. The repairman (Scott) even helped re-program my keypad which has never quite worked properly. My cousin called someone else for her garage door issue and was quoted hundreds more (don't worry - I warned her in time). Will definitely call again if needed.
