If only every company in Edmonton reacted and provided first class service like Creative Door. Our door balance wire detached and left our garage door open 1/2 way open - of course this happens Thursday night before the weekend. At first, we contacted another company who previously installed our opener - they called and offered 3 days to send a technician for service & made no effort to inquiry of the problem or understand if our service call was an emergency - even as a prior customer. So we contacted Creative Door - who from the start with Chris on the phone. She was very knowledgeable when asking what happened and was able to quote an estimated based on info provided, prior to sending a technician for repair. But most importantly that Creative Door could send a technician 'TODAY' who is really busy but will make time. The technician - Rich, was fantastic with this professionalism and knowledge. After assessing he was able to repair, align and also replace the ceiling bracket holding the track as it had busted due to the weight of the garage door being 1/2 way open. Creative Door now has a new customer who will gladly refer them when it comes to future servicing, repairs or new garage door purchases.

We just purchased a great new upgraded garage door which was installed by Ben. Ben was meticulous, professional and courteous. The old door was removed and there wasn't a thing we had to do to clean up. The door works so much better than the old one. We would highly recommend Creative Door.

It was very poor timing for my garage door to break. I contacted Creative Door & explained my situation & Chris knew exactly what was broken. She made all the arrangements & send Rich out to make the repairs. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had my door fixed quickly. He was very professional & did a great job. Today, we had an appointment for fixing our garage door by Creative Door Services in Edmonton. We are a very happy customer contacting them after more than 10 years again. A gentleman or technician named Ben showed up on time and waited patiently until we arrived 10 minutes late. At no time he troubled shoot the problem and changed the broken cable and lubricated all essential moving parts. Besides, he instructed us how to continue lubricating properly and prevent similar or other potential problem/s. He is very honest, knowledgeable and keen to help. We like to offer our sincere thanks to Ben and Creative Door Services and wish you all a good health and successful business in many years yet come.
