i called two different garage repairs service companies during the week.One of them was scheduled to work on my garage door on Wednesday, did not show nor call. The other company was to call me back and schedule a time but did not hear back from them. An hour and a half ago, i called global overhead doors and my garage door got fixed less than an hour later. Christian was amazing and i highly recommend this company. Thanks!

We ordered a fairly expensive front door & side light unit from this company over 3 three years ago and our problems are ongoing. I don't know where to begin, it almost seems like a comedy of errors. From the start: the sales person was inadequate in her role and mistakes were made; the wrong entry unit was ordered and took several months for the correct one to arrive; communication between staff and with customers was extremely poor; records were missing (quotes, payments); repeated contact by emails, phone calls and visits to the shop were needed to get a response from the owner and manager; responsibility was deflected by blaming the manufacturer, installer or claiming they had been out of office and anticipated things were being looked after; we persevered multiple measurements and adjustments in attempts to fix the warp in the door and/or frame. Our most recent event involved adjusting, replacing the sweep and weather stripping on the door because of the ongoing poor fit and wear. The request was made in June and three months later, after our persistence and follow up, the technician was finally sent out. We thought, maybe they had to order the part from the manufacturer in the US and that's why it was taking so long. We learned from the technician that the parts were picked up from a local hardware store. This is but one example of the service that has plagued our relationship with Global and speaks to the companys failure to recognize and take accountability for its commitment and care to customers. We've been more than patient and accomidating in having multiple installers replace, shift, drill, screw, re-drill, re-screw the frame and door. This whole experience has left us exhausted and disappointed. We've purchased and had doors installed by other businesses over the years for our homes with excellent customer service and outcomes. I appreciate those businesses that we have dealt with that stand behind their product, go the extra mile and give more than lip service to customer satisfaction - unfortunately, Global is not one of them.

great work friendly installers... was told by another door company best I had was a wall for the next 3 weeks and these guys had it fixed in 30 min!! thanks so much guys you really saved us on this one!
