Excellent, professional, detailed service. Knowledgable, friendly, patient staff. Very large selection of live edge wood. Prices seem reasonable.

From the first time I walked into this place as a newbie woodworker, Jason and his staff have always gone above and beyond to help me out. Whether I'm coming in for one board or a truckload, these guys and girl always make my experience great. One of the dying family businesses where they greet you by your first name when you walk in and shake your hand after helping you load up. I wouldn't want to shop anywhere else.

Always helpful. My favorite place to buy lumber, mouldings, etc.

Called for some help but the representative was not helpful whatsoever. Rona was better service who referred me to Windsor Plywood. What an unfortunate event.

What a great bunch of people in this store. Very knowledgeable, and helpful! Shop homegrown stores! Update: January 26/17 this is the second time I've come in here with ridiculous projects and the staff have been so helpful. Never laughed at my lack of knowledge or crazy ideas. They always make it work. Keep up the great work folks!
