Dave R. Was an amazing sales person, who helped my other half and I get into a beautiful 2019 Tacoma, with little to no hassle. The process was quick and painless. We couldn't be happier with our new truck. Thank you so much Toyota City Wetaskiwin.

I had the absolute best sales experience here. I got the vehicle I wanted, the payment I wanted and they took my trade no problem...absolutely no hassles and no ridiculousness. The entire process took maybe 1.5 hours total over two days. Josh (sales) and Yoomi (finance) did most of the process over the phone and email with me and understood my situation and the fact I did not have any time to waste. I took ZERO time off work to get the deal done and I live in Edmonton. I bought my vehicle at Toyota City after a disappointing routine maintenance appointment at Gateway Toyota. I missed over 2 hours of work just waiting for shuttle service. When you can buy and trade a vehicle at a dealership an hour away from you in less time than waiting for a shuttle at a dealership five minutes away from you, something is wrong with the customer service of the latter dealership. Don't waste your time with the city dealerships that will put their own corporate nonsense before customer service. Toyota City is customer-centred, not corporate-centred. They take care of you and make you feel heard, valued and respected.

Bought a new Camry from City Toyota. Worth the drive from Edmonton. Fantastic service, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Dave Russell was a great salesman too. Not the usual "tell you what you wanna hear" guy. Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for turning around what was a bad experience a another dealership into a great one!!!

Thank you Josh and Dan with the purchase of my 2018 Kia Optima, you made it happen when I had my doubts. A special thank you to Yoomi who went above and beyond with the financial institution to get me the best rate possible. You treat your customers with the utmost respect and are always there to answer any concerns I had. I can’t say enough about you. I have used your service department for the past 5 years and will continue to do so.

I had such a great experience! This was my first time getting a car. Shaun and Kari did a great job walking me through everything and finding me a car that was going to work best for my needs.
