Good stuff. But need safety training to staff. One employee carries vary heavy bucket without cart. Which was dangerous.

Unreal! My fav store now... by fluke I stumbled across this location on my way to Canadian Tire, after having driven to 2 -Rona’s and a Home Depot, for what was thought to be an easy find - Y Garden Hose mixer 1, it was not. I immediately pulled into the Home Hardware and entered the store, and was greeted by a young lady at the cashier till. She directed me to the Customer Service counter, and explained to an very young lad, whom I’m guessed was a shelf-stocker for the store and he knew precisely what was looking for, and where to find it. What I really found amazing was not only did I find the part I was looking for my plumbing needs, but the Service that I received from these two young individuals whom I just naturally assumed was there just as a part-time job and could care less on a Friday evening to even be bothered to help customers out. Trust me, I was at three big-box stores prior to this, and I couldn’t get anyone to even know what I was talking about, let alone where to direct me for hoses and plumbing. Anyways great place definitely will be back and great service !

It's a small store but they have everything and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Prices are good and it's nice to support a Canadian company rather than some of the big American competitors.

Poor customer service, terrible store layout (they put the stickers on the wall behind the products so you have to move the products to see the price), long wait times, completely unknowledgeable staff, and an apathetic manager. I would highly recommend a visit to this store to find out why Home Hardware had to shut down all of their stores in Edmonton.

Awesome store. They have a lot of the little odds and ends that you cant really find in the big department stores. Always fun walking through here. Staff are always happy and wanting to help out.
