They have a great selection of wood and related materials at very reasonable prices. I always have a great time going here and usually end up leaving with way more than I had planned on buying but I mean that in a good way. I just custom ordered a set of doors through them, they were there cheapest place in town and had them ready way ahead of schedule, and when buying them I found some clearance windows that were perfect for the shop I was building. The staff is always super friendly, oh, and they're the only place around to get real Baltic Birch plywood.

I walked around this store for about 15 minutes, there were employees around. Not one of them approached me to see if I needed help, so I decided to leave. I walked past two of them standing behind the counter and neither said a word to me. That's fine, there are so many other hardware stores to choose from where the service is great. I experienced it at two different stores after leaving this one.

Unfriendly and unprofessional service over the phone. Their prices are more than double Home Depot for what I was looking for and the big box stores can halve a plywood sheet for free so you can transport it in a smaller vehicle. Would not recommend this business.

Stephanie helped us out greatly with picking doors and walking us through the process without replacing the whole frame. Great service.
