Excellent Service. Very informative, contacted me before completing the work and gave me options including ones that meant they wouldn't be completing the additional work this time around. I will certainly be back next time.

Girlfriend took car into their shop after asking them to change her battery. She knew it was dead, told them it was dead, and they agreed not to do any work on the car until they called her. When she went back in they presented her with a bill totally nearly $300, she wasn't confused and asked why. The manager AJ wouldn't even look her in the eyes and told her they had to do diagnostics on the battery, as well as replace it. Once shown the detailed report of the work they did on the car, a $110 charge was put on the bill since it took them an hour to charge the car before it could roll into the shop. So it took 3 minutes to put on a charger, but in their mind that is the equivalent of an hour's work. After explaining this to her, he said she had to pay or it couldn't leave the shop. They took advantage of a young woman's innocence in order to turn a profit. They are shady and disrespectful. The lady working in the front office was also short, rude, and showed unnecessary attitude when we asked for a copy of the receipt....something which would seem pretty standard in any transaction. Awful service, wouldn't recommend to a soul.

Despite it being probably one of their busiest days this year with a fresh snowfall they were able to fit me in and help me out. Friendly and such great service. Highly recommend.

My husband brought his Jeep in for a tire rotation, oil change and some new headlights. He has a 5th Tire in the back, so he asked to have that included in the rotation. Tried to drive it to work the next day and had to turn around. It was shaking so badly he immediately took it to KM. It was 20 minutes before they opened, but there was someone inside so he knocked on the door. He got a snarky “we’re not open” from the employee. After my husband explained the situation and that he was now going to be late for work, he left the vehicle with the employee and drove to work with me. He called KM when he got to Sparwood, and was told his tires were not balanced and it would cost him an additional $100. Fine if there’s an additional charge for balancing (though $100 seems pretty steep) but to say nothing, rotate the tires, not balance them and have him drive a vehicle that’s not safe! Especially considering they rotated the spare tire in. Balancing should seem obvious to a tire shop. They should have said it needed to be done. My husband thought it was included. Not cool!! I bought winter tires and rims for my daughter there and had them installed and her vehicle serviced. Needless to say they won’t be balancing the tires or anything else moving forward.! We’ll take our business elsewhere! In response to your reply: Those tired have 35k on them. How can they be worn out from regular driving? If they were worn out, and you are concerned about safety, wouldn’t you not notify your customer when he picked up his vehicle? This was all told to him AFTER he returned the vehicle to KM because of the shaking. Nothing was said when he picked it up the first time. Could have been a tire sale for you as well.
