Went in with a roof rack malfunction on day one of my holiday with $8000 dollars of mountain bikes on top of my roof on a Sunday, I was in trouble if I couldn't get it fixed. Enter Rob at Windsor plywood... Not content to listen to me explain what I was looking for he came out to the parking lot and brainstormed on how to scab together a bunch of breaking metal under load Long story short... They had what I needed... And the personal touch was appreciated and necessary... If I lived in Parksville these guys would be my regulars Thx alot!

Great selection of lumber. One employee was very helpful and another left me feeling like I was a bother.

I was sold too much millwork by a rep. I gave him the dimension in a diagram and I walked out with too much. Once the contractor finished he said to call back and tell them they calculated incorrectly; as I was sold double what I needed. The sales rep was unwilling to take it back. I called the manager today and he was very rude and I asked him why he was being so angry on the phone with me. He said too much time had passed and I did not have a receipt. Then he said come over and I will assess the issue. He did not seem to have any remorse for his rep making an error and he was very condescending on the phone. I then told him that I now felt uncomfortable bring the product back for fear of the way he would treat us when we got there. I will never buy anything from them again.

Staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good stocks of lumber, though not alot of red cedar.
