I will never shop here again. Sold us a light fixture that didn’t work. Replaced it with another one that didn’t work. Even though it was all the same day, refused to refund us. Eventually we just bought a light fixture at RONA which worked perfectly, and vowed never to give Canadian Tire business again.

There is handicap parking, but in what seems to be the classic Canadian Tire aesthetic the isles are very close together and would be rather difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver through. Wide variety of items, no food not meant for pets or wild birds, lots of garden stuff and automotive stuff. I went in for housing numbers and letters (to show the address on the side of a house). Quite a few different sizes, all the numbers were in stock, but there were no letters. I had to go elsewhere for those. There is a helpful little machine thing on the way straight past the reception to the garden centre on the right that shows all the stock and what isle it's in (if such info has been inputted). Very helpful.

It's a small town so it's never crowded and the people working at the tills and in the departments are friendly and helpful and so far I've always found what I've been looking for, the one time I didn't the person who helped me gave me several other places to try once he realized he couldn't help me ,not just a no sorry and walk away ,witch has happened several times in other locations 👍

It was all good... returned a toolbox that was bought as a gift but wasn't needed. The girl at the customer service desk was knowledgable and friendly ... Then once I was there I figured I would have a look at a OBD2 Code Reader for our car.. only to find they were all priced far higher then I could purchase them from Amazon or Ebay... even the Canadian Tire web site offered the exact same thing as I was looking at in the store fire less! I mean how long will they keep paying Bill's and wages for employees to keep a retail ouet open when offering the same products online for 2/3 the in-store price ??
