Customer service is great, the mechanics will come and chat with you about your vehicle, the front desk girls are very informed. They give a great summary of the issues with your vehicle and the urgency of items. Also, always provide options for parts so you can make a decision on price/quality.

Grizzly were the only ones in Revelstoke to help us out after a long weekend, they diagnosed a loose Wheel bearing and fixed it without any issue and did anything they could for our convenience. Thanks guys!

Outstanding service from Lisa and the team. They exceeded all expectations and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended. I only wish they were in Calgary so I could get all my service done by them.

Incredible service, super friendly people. Our truck broke down going from the Island to Calgary. Grizzly went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible so we wouldn’t miss our baby brothers wedding.
