Called this place to get parts for my Reimer overhead door. Said they would send it out to me so a week and a half go by and I call again and they say it’s still sitting there and have no reason for not sending it out so I told them I’ve been waiting and need them ASAP so another 3 days go by and figured I’d call again to make sure it’s sent. Gues what, now he says he’s got them sitting beside him as he’s coming to my area the next day so he’s bringing it with. Hoping he shows up tomorrow, but very bad communication and horrible customer service.

Called this company and was told they would have someone out end of day the same day I called .No one showed up or bothered to phone either .I called before closing that day there service department and they gave me excuses and said they would be here first thing the next day 7 am .I said ok I’d give them another chance .Well by 7:45 no one showed up so I called again only to be told that no one was there and no one was informed what a joke no communication and they said they had a big job in the city today yet the man yesterday told me they were at the trade show ! I would never call or use this unreliable company again !poor customer service unbelievable.

Among other door companys I used to work for Reimer Overhead Doors. I preferred the CHI doors offered only at Reimer Overhead Doors in Manitoba over all other ones I've come across. Although a bit pricier than other brands they are a superior product. He also offers cheaper doors too. But if it's for commercial use, get CHI.
