Transcona Overhead Doors is very reliable and trustworthy. Garage door components broke and I phoned Steve in the morning and he was at our place by afternoon. Quote was very reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. Would recommend to anyone and will use his services again if the situation arises.

Kelvin Dow I had these guys come out to my place after the spring broke. I have a oversized door and they put on much smaller springs and the door was much noiser as a result. I complained and another guy came out to fix it. The door was quieter. About two years later the spring broke again. When I phoned about this and didn't have the receipt , they said it wasn't their responsibility to have a copy because they are not computerized. I said thanks and said good bye before saying something I may regret. I called another company and the fixed the springs with larger springs and put a sticker on the door stateing company name and 5 year warranty. It noticed another review very similar to mine. Beware!!

The spring on my door snapped one morning when I was trying to leave for work. I called them that morning and they came the next day while I was out. By the time I got home the door was working again and is more quiet than before. Thanks guys. I will recommend you to my friends.

I've been calling to get a price on a spare opener and left 2 messages and 2 hours later still no return call. Assuming they are too busy for my business. Calling next Door company I can find online. First one that actually will pick up their phone gets my business. I need a new garage door too. Shopping around for prices but will not include this business. If something goes wrong I can imagine I will just get another answering machine with no return call... not good business.
