Great service dept. They squeezed me in without an appointment. Had a problem with my truck and was heading to Ontario that evening. They fit me in. Thank you...

Brought my truck in 3 weeks prior to the appt. with word they'd get it in sooner if they can. The appt date came and passed and the truck didn't get looked at until 2 weeks later. Due to the tardiness of this they offered 8 free labour hours - great! When I got the $2000 bill (just for a diagnostic reading and top up transmission fluid) they said they never offered such a deal of 8 free garage hours and would not give it. The part to fix the truck (wiring harness) was quoted as $1200 so I bought a new, genuine dodge, wiring harness from Alberta and got it shipped down for $250. I got a call later (same day as part was dropped off - finally on time for once) saying when they tried to tow the truck in their garage they ripped the steering box out of it. They said they have the part there and can install it tomorrow as long as we pay for the labour and part! Really? Really! I argued with them saying it's not my fault: they broke it, they fix it! But because the truck is lifted with big tires which obviously they knew, it's been there for 3 months now, it was my fault that it broke. This was all straight from the manager. When I asked for the managers boss her got angry saying "I'm tying to help you out here, you go above me and I will get nasty, no help" and never did give me the number. That is the info as of now. The new part isn't on yet, the part they broke isn't on and God only knows what tomorrow's debacle with this horrible place is going to be. Worst place I have ever encountered. Save yourselves the trouble and go to a different garage, if it has to be dodge, spend the extra money and travel to a different dodge dealership. I've heard nothing but bad things on this place and now I know it's even worse that I ever thought. Might even have to sell the truck just to pay the outrageous shop fees! So rotted. If I could give this review a rate lower that one star I would!

They send you unsolicited junk mail after you give them your address to fix your car. Sorry, but I gave you my address for billing purposes, not for your junk mail.

Went to dealer to get platinum shield protection module checked as light was not on. service manager advised me that he would have to get this approved from platinum shield protection before he could replace this even though he had lots of modules on site. I live 500 kms from dealer and was told when I purchased vehicle there was a local garage in my community that does warranty work for the dealer. This is a very minor repair which involves plugging the module in and mounting on a piece of Velcro. Suggested to service manager to send part out and get the local garage to install but he would not consider it. I would also like to add that the wiring was dealer installed and checked on two occasions as this is the second time this has failed. Will be going elsewhere for next purchase. Anyone who lives out of town and purchases here wouldn't recommend buying the platinum shield module. Save your money and get the vehicle rust checked or krowned. Unless you like travelling back and forth to Corner Brook to get them replaced.

How long is too long to wait for service? I have waited since July 9 to have my new 2014 Ram 2500 Laramie Ltd Truck put in garage to be repaired. Today is August 5. WE were driving along the highway when the rear tires locked up solid. Causing a very dangerous situation, the truck had to be towed out of the middle of the highway. Up until today the vehicle problem has not been diagnosed. All Chrysler Canada has to offer is an apology (All the Lady keeps saying is sorry your vehicle is broken down) Very disappointed and Dissatisfied with the whole situation. Today is August 11, 2015 Still nothing done with our truck. Still not diagnose. What ever you do do not buy a dodge and expect to get service.
