"We had our windows done today, the crew leaded by Rich did an amazing job. Very professional and they clean up very well too. Our house feels cozier now and the windows makes every room looks brighter and bigger. We thank Tony Miceli too for the wonderful assistance he did for us. Again thank you so much.

They installed a 46 inch door for me 6 years ago that still looks great. They recently honoured their guarantee in March 2019 when they replaced the lock which was sticking. Very impressed by their customer service which was very friendly, and professional. I strongly recommend this company.

UPDATE #3: An office representative has been in contact and has notified me my new panel will be delivered in 6 weeks since it's a custom order. I will keep updating until the repair is fully completed! UPDATE #2: Michael, the repairman, came and semi-fixed the door on site! To fully finish the repair they had to place an order to replace one of my glass panels. For these reasons I've given them 3 stars and will continue to update once the repair has been fully completed. UPDATE #1: Tony called right away and is sending someone to take a look at it. Original Post: Where do I begin, I purchased my new front door on December 2016. It was fine at first but we noticed a small gap at the bottom of the door. We called in to have it looked at and they told us that "It needed a gap for the summer months and it will tighten come winter". It did not tighten. Winter came and the snow started blowing in through the gap! We called again but no one got back to me. With every summer and winter the door has loosened and tightened on an angle. Which means now, four (4) winters later, the door needs to be pushed hard in order to close it because it is super tight at the top and super loose at the bottom. So much so, that it has ruined the paint job and ruined some of the insulation (see attached pictures). Wish I could post a video because I do have one. I believe it was not hung correctly during installation and all I want is for it to be fixed because I paid $6,000 dollars for it! I'll keep you posted if they end up fixing it but for now I cannot recommenced Kempenfelt windows and doors to anyone.

We had a new garage door, front entrance door and windows installed this month and had a spectacular experience! From the salesman Brent who gave us all our options and was very knowledgeable to the installers who were fantastic, very efficient and had great attitudes! The lead hand was very knowledgeable and took us to every install at the end to go over how to use as well as to make sure everything was perfect! We were very happy with everything and everyone start to finish ! Thank you Kempenfelt!
