If you don’t want to read my full experience here are the key points: -Very poor customer service -Unreliable -Poor communication -Ross was rude, unhelpful and did not make us feel like valued customers. I had a terrible experience dealing with Ross from Tri City Garage Door. Ross came for a quote for a new door and motor mid January while we had a walk through scheduled in our new home, I told him that we take possession on feb 15th and we wanted the door installed the day after (our current door didn’t work). Ross said no problem. Two days before instal (3 weeks later) I hadn’t heard from Ross, so I emailed him to confirm that instal was still happening. He then told me the door was delayed and he would get it the following week on Thursday. I expressed how disappointed I was that I heard this because I called him and he didn’t think to reach out to me. The following week I didn’t hear anything from him on Thursday. I sent him an email asking if I should be contacting another company to complete this work for us. No response. I called Ross on Friday, he told me they had just gotten the door that morning and with no urgency in his voice he asked when we would like instal. I said ASAP and he said okay how about Monday morning. I said okay. Later that night he then responded to my email and said “ I’ll cancel if you want”. I responded immediately and said no I want instal Monday morning like he had offered. He then emailed me late Sunday night and said “ no, I’ve cancelled”. Since then I’ve tried several times to speak with anyone from the company to provide my feedback and get no answer, also, all of my calls are being directed to rosses voicemail. I called overhead garage door on Monday, Maria was incredibly helpful, I had my door installed next day by a friendly tech at a great price. I’ll never use trip city garage door and I’d encourage others to look elsewhere as well.

Tricity Garage Door not responsive at all. Called in August and Ross gave me a quote over the phone. Several phone calls and emails have now gone unanswered. I finally got hold of Ross and he promised to be back to me within a day or two - that was a month ago. If a supplier simply does not have the time - let the potential customer know. It is now October and nothing yet. I have gone with Royal City Garage Doors; David responded within a day, came a quoted the next day, and will install within a week. Sorry Ross, poor customer service - you snooze, you lose!

We used Tricity Garage Door yesterday and needed to have the repair done asap. The company and service person were very accommodating to come in same day and when they were at our house, were very nice to work with and offered helpful advice as well. I would recommend this company to anybody who needed repairs completed at their home.

Had my garage door was working within 3hrs of calling. I was charged what was quoted on the phone for repair and he took a look at the second door and serviced it as well. Friendly and funny as well.

Were rude, careless, and need anger management classes! Got angry at us for no particular reason and slammed our garage door opener on the floor and told us to leave our own garage! Never use their service
