Fantastic service and support from Car-Wal. I fitted the Green Hinge system to my residential garage which was easy and works very well. A professional high quality product and Car-Wal helped every step of the way. Shipping to BC was not a problem. I will certainly recommend the product and Car-Wal. Thanks guys!

We are very happy with the quality of the new garage door, opener and the capping of the door opening. CarWal worked with us to make sure that the door was delivered and installed in time for a planned event.

We were very happy with the garage doors but there were issues that could have been handled better and this would have been a 5 star review. The mains issue was that the following day, our garage door opener wasn't working right. We are not sure but we think it worked once and then the following day it didn't. We called and were told that it was working when he left so we had to make a service appt. The installer wouldn't come back to see if it was something he did. When the service guy came it turns out that one of the opener wires wasn't connected well (an issue with the install) - he fixed it in a few minutes. If a customer thinks something is wrong - then someone should come out as soon as posible to fix it - not tell us it was probably something we did. The other minor but annoying item was the fact that no light bulb came with the new garage door opener- how simple would that be to put a 2 dollar bulb in the opener - we paid x thousand dollars for this job and then we were told to get our own lightbulb? This means that the installer doesn't even know that the light works in the opener because he doesn't test it with a bulb in it. Other than the wire issue, the doors look great and the capping and caulking was well done.
