Bien que c’était une petite job de ré-alignement de rails pour ma porte, le gars (Jacques Bourgeois?) était très professionnel et efficace. Il m’a fait quelques recommandations que j’ai bien apprécié et il a lubrifié les pentures et rails adéquatement. Le prix final était tel qu’indiqué au moment de prendre le rendez-vous. Merci,

Si je pouvais placer 10 étoiles je le ferais, Exitech offre des services excellents. Incroyable. La politesse, la gentillesse, ils ont tout fait pour nous aider et réparer notre porte... et a réussi. Nous sommes des clients fidèles... des clients à plusieurs reprises. MERCI MERCI MERCI. Impressionant comme service et même dans les situations complexes.

J'ai fait appel à Exitech pour remplacer des coupe-froids sur ma porte de garage qui a plus de quinze ans. Première visite, service rapide et courtois, mais un câble a aussi dû être remplacéA parce qu'il était cassé, donc petit extra pièce et main d'oeuvre. Suite à la visite, ma porte avait des problèmes et ne se refermait pas une fois sur deux. Après deux appels,il m'ont renvoyé un autre technicien, très courtois aussi. En ajustant le ressort, celui-ci s'est brisé. C'est normal que ça arrive puisqu'il était très vieux. Le directeur du service, Michel, m'a fait un rabais de 100$ sur le remplacement de celui-ci puisque c'est arrivé en l'ajustant. Au final je suis satisfait et les recommanderais
