we had a custom sized sectioned sectioned garage door fitted by Access 9 years ago. Still going strong and the after sales care has been great.

Everything went well from the ordering to the fitting with one exception. The fitting date was originally six weeks from ordering, but became ten weeks. However all that is forgotten now as we are very pleased with the quality of the doors and the excellent fitter.

They always know the best door or roll account or sectional to have a visit again

Not particularly happy with these guys. We needed a replacement Hormann remote, so my wife popped in here to order one as they are a Hormann supplier. They charged us over £90 which seemed expensive so I spent 5 minutes on Google and found multiple sites offering the same remote for £30-35. Went back to Access to ask why they charged so much, they told us that the sites we were looking at are probably selling fakes that won't work and refused to offer any kind of refund or discount. The sites we found on Google all had reviews, UK landlines and addresses, etc so I ordered one to be sure and it's a proper Hormann remote which works fine. I'm happy to pay a bit of a mark-up over internet prices to support local businesses, but certainly not happy to pay 3 times the going price. It's obviously our fault for not checking prices first, and Access did at least deliver us the right remote within a few days so they get 2 stars not 1. Certainly won't be going to them for any more replacement parts in future though.
