I called Access in the hope they would be able to help me, and they have been excellent regarding a fault on a 3 year old Hormann garage door (not supplied or fitted by them). They were very helpful, firstly checking that the door was still covered by warranty, and then arranging to come out and fix it. From first contact, to the last, they have been very helpful and responsive, thank you. I would both recommend and use them again if ever I need to.

I came into the showroom down on Brighton Road was welcomed with a warm greeting, had a wide range of doors for me and my partner to look at. I had a lot of questions as i do not know much about garage doors at all but the staff member was very helpful and did not make my time feel rushed. Will definitely be recommending to anyone know who is after a garage door

Salesman was more focused on his commission with the more expensive brand than on our actual needs that clearly suited the more economical product. Showroom also doesn't contain all the items stated on the website.
