Great service and very pleased with the roller door fitted. I called in for a quote. They came to measure up and quoted the next day. Door ordered, fitted all as promised. Thanks guys. AAAAA+++++

Chris is my hero, one of the springs had come off my very heavy garage door, and I was not able to close it. Chris was able to get put to me super quick and resolve the problem. Thank you so much. I would have no hesitation at all to recommend Access Garage Doors SIdcup, they have always been helpful punctual and professional. Chis thank you again.

Promised much, delivered little. Confident salesman/surveyor arrived, gave me various options and left. Quotes took weeks not "same day when I'm back in the office" and doors were not available as suggested. Overall unimpressed. I may not be a garage door expert but I'm not an idiot, please don't treat me as such....

Worst customer experience I’ve ever received. No communication to explain. Endless damaged products. Cancellation of appointments. Excuse after excuse every time I chased. Avoid avoid avoid.

Terrible service. I got messed around for two days when the door was meant to be fitted by Chris with excuses such as, "my engineers van had its brake lines cut, my engineers working on a disabled persons door". Had to cancel my door being replaced in the end as I felt I was being made a fool of. No phone calls to explain people were running late/not going to turn up. Pathetic customer service. Avoid like the plague.
