We are extremely happy with the professional service and product that Brock has offered us, right from the non-pressure beginning to the fabulous finish! When the salesman walked through our old house with thoughtful suggestions, we immediately made up our mind after comparison with five other companies, which some of them might offer slightly cheaper price, even so after we visited the showroom in Scarborough, where the fabulous products are better than what we were expecting! Although the scheduling for the installation was somewhat exhausting, the final installation was so much easier and painless than what we were expecting. The follow up calls were very thoughtful and we are definitely hiring Brock again when we are ready for other window projects in the future, highly recommended!

A great company. They were efficient and professional from start to finish. Their quote was very competative, and they gave me lots of great information to use, even going so far on basic care methods for the windows they were not changing. The installers worked quickly and cleanly, and it was a truly great job. Highly recommend these guys.

If I could give a negative rating I would. We were looking to replace all our windows and doors on our new home. Went with Brock although they were more expensive than competitors but placed the order and paid all deposits. Big mistake. After 20 weeks, now told twice that the top of the line door we ordered is wrong size. Offered a small discount on the door, but no date as to when it will be installed. In addition we were short shipped 2 windows but told that they will only be installed when the door gets installed. Have tried getting someone senior to call, but just get the run around. First told that person was in Italy then Ireland - guess luxury trips more important than their customers. Sales Rep Phil guaranteed we would have our doors by November and now asking us to be patient-- all I can say is fool me once, shame on you -- fool me twice, shame on me

Even though Brock Doors and Windows provided a great product and the installers did a fantastic job, the customer service we received was absolute garbage. After our door was installed without a working handle and lock (it was a faulty product, not the fault of the installers), we received ZERO follow up on when a working handle/lock was going to be installed. WE had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. At this point we hadn't paid the remaining amount for the door (which was well over $3,000) so it was surprising that WE had to follow up. Almost two months from when our door was installed, today (Dec. 22nd) we have the installers coming back however when we asked when we might be expecting them (my husband actually asked the lady on the phone 4 times), she didn't give us a answer. Real great customer service eh? Absolute garbage Brock Doors. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they fire the person on the phone we had to deal or they put this person through some customer service classes OR they simply hire more people to take care of customers like my husband and I.

We had windows and patio doors installed and would like to say that we received outstanding service from Brock Doors and Windows! The product quality is superb and the installation is done in a very efficient manner with proper insulation and a tight fit within the frame! We would like to thank the following Brock Doors and Windows staff for their help! They are: Jim, Supervisor, Dorian, Sales Rep.; Adriana, Customer Service, Danielle and Jeff, Installers. The quality of service provided by these individuals is superb and our heartfelt thank you for a job well done!!
