Just wanted to say that when one of the springs broke on one of our doors, I called for service, a service guy came and checked out what I needed and was back 2 days later to replace both springs. My service was quick and done well. Most importantly the repair was quick and the door works like new. I would highly recommend Yarnell Overhead Door for sales & service.

We can not say enough about the great service when we needed it the most. Both our cars were locked in the garage and we were unable to disengage the door. We put in a call to the answering service at 5 pm, received a call back at 8 am. Bob came at 9 am and was able to repair the door at a reasonable cost. Thank you!

My rating is solely based on the lack of understanding with some of their charges which I feel were excessive, and not the workmanship. As a once loyal customer of Yarnell who pays for their travel time each time we have a service call, I will bring my business elsewhere because I refuse to pay for a 2nd man to be present with his hands in his pockets watching the other technician work. The fact you want to send a second man before determining he is needed and then stick with me covering his costs (and then some) even after I call and look for some empathy is unacceptable to me. $300 for making an adjustment on site and be gone in 25 mins, no thanks.

I would highly recommend calling Yarnell Overhead for any garage door related dilemmas. The first person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful by trying to save me money and offering tips to try before booking an appointment. Ultimately Doug had to come for a service call but did so the very next day. He arrived within a half hour of confirming the appointment (same day). He was prompt and professional. Within 15 minutes my door was working properly. Thank you.

Had to call them as we had an issue with the garage door. Called in AM and they were able to make it same day. Service Tech they sent was fantastic, answered my questions and actually did some realignment on door so it opens and closes smoother then it ever had! Five Star treatment! Highly recommend!!
