I went to regional doors to get a garage door and a man door supplied and installed. The garage door my wife and I picked was expensive and we got the feeling the sales person didn’t think we could afford it. He sent us home with some other books to also look at. After going home we decided we still liked the same garage door and were willing to spend the money. We called the sales person back told them we still liked the more contemporary garage door and would like to find a matching man door. The sales person advised us again that the garage door would be expensive and likely be around 5000$ And are we sure. We said yes and to please set up a time when we can come and look at some front door options as well. Sales staff never called me back for another 2.5 weeks. Yes my wife and I are young ( 22 ) but that doesn’t mean we don’t have the money and we deserve to be treated fairly. Just spent 8700$ with another local company that was glad to serve us.

I asked a local contractor friend which company we should use and without hesitation he said 'Regional Doors & Hardware are the best.' How right he was! From Will's call & quote through to Herb's installation, everything was first rate. Fair price, good customer service and great workmanship = happy customers. Thanks Regional Doors & Hardware.

I am very happy with my new front door and new vinyl framing. I explained to the sales rep Mackenzie exactly what I wanted and she delivered it to me at a decent price and it simply looks amazing. Door took six weeks to arrive when we placed the order but it was worth the wait. The door installer was clean and professional. He cleaned up all the depris and dirt afterwards.

I was expecting much more, but was disappointed as far as professionalism... the price quoted was fair but how the business went about it was not professional for a company who has been working within this industry for 35 years. I was hoping that most of the Google reviews left were actually true and reflected their services, but now I realize they might have had either quick / small projects completed or the reviewers were paid to leave good reviews and comments (as some company's do this) because the service we received was not 4.5 stars, but much lower. Willliam Bould first came to our place and did an assessment of what we needed, after some emailing and phone calls on my behalf to see what was going on as far as installation and cost he finally got back to me, a fair quote was presented and a deposit was requested and paid, we were told the work would be completed in 4-6 weeks, which I asked via email but got a reply only after calling several times, one receptionist was very rude, but never caught her name... this whole process took roughly 3 months, during that 3 months they admitted that faulty measurements were taken and the door was not ready but another had to be made, I only found this out after I asked for a manager which his name was Wayne, and contacted them via their cell phone which a receptionist gave me after I asked for whom to contact. On top of that we were given warranty information after the work was complete and after the final amount was paid, and I requested an invoice mark paid but got no response as it seems they were only after their money and a followup or continued customer service was non-existent. Never even received anything to sign upon the completion of work from the installers or William. I would not recommend and will not recommend this company's services unless they address these issues, I'll be glad to change the 2 star rating to higher if they contact me directly and prove me wrong... but sometimes you only get one chance. Edit: William called and we spoke about the review I left, very decent guy but the company seems to be overwhelmed with work. I can relate as I run a small business, will look to them if we need any repairs to the garage door they installed and hopefully there will be a change in service.

Both Jerry the installer and Mackenzie our sales rep were great to work with. Sliding Door looks great
