Western Overhead Door Inc.

5* for the guys that came out and installed the door, our garage door looks great and was installed fast ! We get a ton of compliments Customer service I have to rate 1* unfortunately we ordered this door back in December 7th, they quoted us two weeks but instead called a month later because of high demand. No problem we understand Well the girl at the desk ordered the wrong door. All our paper work was right, apparently wasn’t filled out right on her computer, our windows weren’t in right spot so we had to reorder, we had a broken garage and we were going on vacation so needed it done before we left, thankfully it came in day before. Manager never once apologized for the delay in the door, or the wrong one being ordered, when I asked on the phone if windows were down the side like we ordered he said I don’t think so I’ll check, and hung up. He never called back I had to. When I did call back he said “ya it’s wrong.” ok? So now what ? How much longer do we have to wait, Will our door be in on time? No apology? He said nothing I had to ask What really upset me was the day they were supposed to come out we were told they would be here at 9am or a little after. Well 1230 came and still no one. They said we would be first because of all the delays and problems we had with there service, my boyfriend was at work and I had to go to Toronto to pick up a family memeber. When I called the manager to see if they were still coming out he told me they went to another job first. And lied to me on the phone and said my boyfriend said he would be home. Which he never said, No apology , nothing. Owner just made excuses for everything the whole ordering process. A sorry for all the problems along the way would make a huge difference If you want a gorgeous and properly installed door I highly recommend. If you don’t care about customer service and you’re not in a rush to get your door by a specific date or time of day, and just have the whole day to sit around and wait for them then this is a great place other wise

Great company and great service. Had one issue that was rectified as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend Western Overhead Door for service, quality product and great price.

Thank you very kindly for your amzimg service work & even better attention to customer detail. You are an amazing service business for which I am very quick to refer whenever possible. Starts off professionally with the call into the office & follows thru to the onsite professionalism. Thank you

Had some trouble with my garage door - broken wire, etc. Bill came over and walked me through everything with some options, suggestions and quotes. The next day George came by and fixed everything in no time at all. Both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I called them based on previous google reviews - I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Bill & George!
