Rudest Customer Service ! I bought a Garage Door Opener through Home Depot. Buffalo Overhead Door called to install it and new springs. The girl answering the phones gave me the wrong price, then didn't take a minute to explain only half the work would be done today and the rest next week. When I asked why...she got irate, loud and unbelievably rude... then put me on hold and a Randy came back on the phone to simply schedule the next appt. The guys doing the work are great & do a good job, but honestly I DO NOT recommend Buffalo Overhead Door since you have to go through the RUDE girl that answers the phones, obviously related to the owner since no company would ever pay an employee with such poor customer service skills.

Randy and his team are great, I highly recommend them for any of your overhead door needs!

I had Buffalo Overhead Door repair my garage door about a year ago. They said they had to return to add a bottom door seal. They never returned. I called them last week about the same door seal issue. The receptionist took down my message and promised to return my call. It's been a week and no call was returned. So I called Precision Door. They came over within one hour and replaced the door seal and all door rollers. The door now works beautifully. Buffalo Overhead Door customer service is shamefully poor.

A good product (door and service) at a fair price. They hit their scheduled installation ‘window’ and did a great job with follow up. A well run outfit

Very nice door. Installer did a good job installing but failed to clean up. When finished there was sawdust, screws and nails in my garage and nails in my driveway. The installer left all the cardboard boxes also that I had to get grid off. I was left thinking not a complete professional experience. I think the owner or someone should have called for a follow up to see if I was satisfied with the installation, but not so.
