Terrible service . Have used them twice . The first time I used them they did a great job with no complaints , so I went with them again years later. Second time around , they were terrible . Biggest mistake , cut away all kinds freshly put up drywall that was brand new , sanded , mudded painted that was unnecessary and Left me with a botch job !! We’re in a rush to get the hell out and onto the next job. I won’t use them a third time , Unbelievable. Everything was done according to what was specified by the sales guy , that is false. Problem here was a sales guy came to my location and wanted all this excess drywall removed that was not required, what should have occurred .........the installers should have been the people who should have come out and specified what was to be removed , so everyone is on the same page. When the installers came ,they mentioned that all of the “brand new†drywall that was removed didn’t need to be removed for them to perform their duties, or what they did. They did a great install itself, with no issues, happy with that Counting the occasions that you came out means nothing .On the first occasion that you came, you showed up out of the blue without an appointment when I wasn’t home, called and asked where I was? Some people are at work. As for mentioning it was done 9 months ago, I don’t understand that either , does that mean I should have left a review within a few days, or weeks, not sure No sense in beating a dead horse now, just disappointed at how this was planned . I will have to have my drywall repair people come out and fix it up

First of all my name is not Steven Second if you’re saying that you’ve been in business for a while and consider yourself the best, maybe you should start telling the truth. Check with your phone operator because I never gave any kind of attitude or said something, I just didn’t want to reschedule that’s all !! Last , your technician never called and I have my phone logs from that day. You’re saying that the technician called you from my drive way and said I wasn’t home !!!!! How come when I called to check where he is you said hold one let me check then you got back saying he showed up and left ??? Anyways thank you for your business.
