My son recently had his garage door opener serviced by Doug at Charlie's Overhead Door and on his recommendation I contacted Doug as well when I purchased my garage door opener. So glad I did. Doug did a wonderful job installing our garage door opener and from the time I phoned him until the installation was complete was a matter of days. He showed up on time, installed the opener quickly and fully explained all the features of our new unit. Doug was courteous and professional and the whole process from beginning to end was worry free and pleasant. I highly recommend his services!

Doug, the owner installed a garage opener for my garage door. Also bought some parts that I did not buy with the unit. Very professional, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and clearly know what they are doing. Very reasonable charges(I called around several guys in K-W and London areas- maybe cheapest in the area. I would definitely recommend their services.

I've used these guys for commercial work as well as personally in the past. Most recently (about a year ago) I called them in to replace a broken spring on our garage door. Charlie's was quick to answer my call and made it out to our house within 24 hours. They ended up replacing both springs and doing a full service of our garage door/opener for a very reasonable price. We had a bunch of issues with our door/opener before they came out which I just attributed to it being a 20 year old door. After the repair and service it works like new; much quieter and smooth operation. The guy who came out (I'm assuming the owner) was a great guy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and polite.
