Thank you for a job well done! We just wanted to thank you and your installers for the incredible work you did for us recently. Your installers replaced 13 windows and 1 door in one day! They worked neatly and efficiently. We are so pleased with the outcome - the new vinyl windows are very attractive. They are also very energy efficient and have made our home very quiet, since the double panes help to dampen the road noise outside. We also found your price to be very competitive and reasonable. Additionally, we felt you gave us personalized attention and were there to answer any questions we had during the process. Our thanks again for a job well done, we will certainly recommend you whenever we can. Jill and Pierre

Great experience from start to finish. I dealt with Tony. I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends. Tony was super easy to contact with any questions I had before and during the installation. All my windows got installed in 1 day. The installers were nice, clean, and respectful of my house. 5 on 5 for me. Thank you factory direct.

Perfect product, perfect installation and fairly good customer service. The sales representative Sergey is very impressive. He is the one who answered all my questions before, during and after the windows installation! He is the one who is always there and always reliable! The company should increase his salary! Really!

Just had several windows changed from Factory Direct. Great service, since the first meeting with Sergei until final installation with Oleg's team. Always great support during the process. Installation day, the team was very supportive, always explaining the process and being very professional. Quality of the windows are also very good along with nice functionality and finishing details. Thank you and definitely recommend!
