Point de vue approche de vente, j'ai été très satisfait. Pour ce qui est de l'installation, l'attitude de l'installateur vis à vis son client est carrément grotesque! Je n'ai pas vu souvent dans ma vie quelqu'un qui arrive en bougonnant et en chialant contre son client! De plus, de nombreuses erreurs ont été commises durant l'installation. Entre autre: Des boulons et écrous servant au support des ressorts sont restés sans serrage. Ils le sont encore d'ailleurs..... Aussi, un ouvre-porte qui a descendu la porte qu'une seule fois depuis le départ de l'installateur, ne fonctionne plus du tout. La perte de vis servant au branchement des fils d'ouvre-porte soit disant à cause du plancher sale... Le contracteur qui était avec moi lors de l'installation des portes était très étonné de voir aussi peu de professionnalisme et de politesse! Nous sommes d'ailleurs d'avis que l'on ne recommanderait aucunement Les portes du Québec à qui que se soit! Désolé, mais c'est la vérité......
