J'avais mes vieilles portes-patios et fenêtres très fonctionnelles et me protégeais parfaitement du froid hivernal. Par une décision du Syndicat de co-propriétaires, on les a changés par les fenêtres Fenplast, instalées par Multi-vision. La publicité nous disait qu'on finirait pour économiser au moins 10 % de l'énergie de climatisation. D'abord, je n'étais pas satisfait de la finition, qui est en fait ridicule, puisque dans une de mes fenêtres on a changé les moulures trois fois et sur toutes les pièces on peut voir des espaces aux coins. DTF, cela n'est pas assez grave. Le pire a commencé immédiatement lors des pluies et j'avais de l'eau qui coulait à la base d'une de mes fenêtres de "Haute qualité et technologie de pointe"... Mais, quand l'hiver est arrivé, wow, ce n'est pas l'hiver, c'est Enfer! Le vent entre partout et le froid nous a obligé à augmenter le chauffage. Ma facture de Hydroquébec a dépassé en $600,00 de la même période des années antérieures. Je passe les nuits sans bien dormir à cause du stress que ces maudites fenêtres sont en train de me causer!!!! Dans mon bâtiment, environ 25 parmi les 46 propriétaires sont insatisfaits du service de cette entreprise. Ça fait des mois et des mois que j’attends une maudite solution et le M. Éric Gravel, le patron de Multi-vision m’a promis d’y aller pour « vérifier l’isolation faite »… Pourtant, il me fait d’idiot, ne m’appelle jamais, j’ai déjà dépensé plus de $600,00 de plus que l’année passée et cela continue. J’en ai assez ! Vous, tous et toutes, êtes des ir-responsables!!! Il n'y a pas de zéro étoile, c'est pour ça que je les ai donnés une pâle étoile. UN VRAI CAUCHEMAR!!!
