Originalement lorsque j’ai acheté la fenestration pour ma maison Caron et Gay était très rapide et heureux de prendre les quelques 40/50 milles $. Maintenant que j’ai besoin de leur aide/support pour remplacer une fenêtre qui est garantie, Caron et Guay de Rimouski m’a donné le numéro de la compagnie à Québec et arrange toi avec tes affaires, on n’est tout simplement pas intéressé à donner du service après-vente, merci, bonjour. Tu appelle le numéro qu’elle m’a donné à Québec et c’est une boîte vocale après l’autre et laissez votre numéro et on vous retournera votre appel, qui tarde d’ailleurs alors pensez-y bien.

Ma soeur et moi sommes très heureux de nos fenêtres, ils remettent plus valeur. La pose c'est fait avec professionnalisme et rapidement​. Nous recevons que de bons commentaires sur le choix de nos fenêtres.

J'ai apprécié le service au vente de M Pelletier. Il est venu vérifier les bonnes dimensions et nous expliquer les nouvelles normes pour les ouvertures suite au changement s'il devrait avoir un feu pour être capable d'évacuer la maison sans danger. No contrat :857-03676
