I’ve installed at least a thousand LePage windows and doors here in Connecticut. Lepage does not stand behind their product when there is an issue. Even though we’ve literally spent millions on their products they rather lose a multimillion customer then stand behind their product. Do not buy anything from these spineless Canucks…

Has anyone had issues with their screens? I can’t turn lights on in my house without insects coming in through gaps in the screens. My distributor tells me ‘that’s how they’re built’ I have spent $50k+ on 22 windows and 3 doors and they’re all the same. Very disappointed and looking for a response.

Service is prompt, friendly and understanding of the issue. Always resolved to client satisfaction. Speaks volumes about company culture.

Finally got a quote for these gorgeous windows through Chateau. Live the windows but not super crazy about the distributors.
