The worst services, incredible wrong job, wrong dimensions, broken house, unpaid bills. If you want a nightmare call them, if you want to review the quality of their job and their integrity then call me. I got all the proofs at hand and house to show the job they do. If you want better than futura you can buy at the eco center their quality is much better than Futura portes et Fenêtres. They still owes us 19K in repairs for their damages they did to the house and have not answered the phone or emails. Sent a mise en demeure and they laughed, will see who laughs last.

Very disappointed with the work. New windows installed are smaller than the original ones meaning that old window stalls cannot be used and have to order new ones. Gyprock damaged in some places. Had to call so that they can fix them. Finish work not professional.

I’m very disappointed by the service I received from this company. They installed my windows and 4 or 5 broke during installation. The installers even told me that I had to pay extra to add silicone around the windows!!! So my windows aren’t even sealed yet after 2 months!! I just can’t believe it. I waited for someone to call me to come replace them and after a month I decided to call. The installers never relayed the message to the company so they had no idea. I spoke to a woman who told me I was going to receive a call in 24-48 hrs. Nobody called me. When I called back thankfully my salesperson answered and apologized and said he was going to fix the situation. Again I was told that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment for the window replacement and nothing yet. I don’t know what to say. I spent 9000$ but I regret it. Pay a bit more and get better service and windows. pictures show cracked window sill and piece already coming apart.
