Un service a la clientèle très décevant 3 semaine que j'attends l'appel pour me fixé un rendez vous pour corriger les défauts de leur produit toujours pas de retour tu appele il te dises on vous rappelle sous peut. acheté chez un concurrent il vas avoir plus de services

Piètre qualité de portes et fenêtres et refus de respecter la garantie! Entre infiltration d'air dans la partie préfabriquée partout où il y a des joints (poignées d'ouverture,et de verrouillage de fenêtre; isolant autour de chacune des fenêtres dans la partie préfabriquée, etc...) tous les portes et fenêtres dès la première année, etc...

j ai rencontrer aujourd'hui (22-02-2019) le proprietaire de LMO a Gatineau,tres professionel aucune pression et tres gentil,il nous reste le prix a recevoir pour prendre notre decision entre trois soumission,mon coeur penche pour LMO (Vaillancourt) Installation terminer je donne a Luc de LMO un 10/10 mais je donne un 7/10 a Fenetres Vaillancourt pour avoir perdu notre fenetre de salon plus de une semaine pour recuperer et aucun suivit a nos courriels une compensation aurais du nous etre offerte,nous sommes un peu decu,

Très belle salle de montre et le personnel est courtois et souriant. Nous avons eu un excellent service et avons été bien conseillés pour la rénovation de nos portes et fenêtres. Pleinement satisfaits pour la qualité des produits et services, les rapport qualité/prix et pour la référence de l'entrepreneur et son équipe qui ont effectué les travaux. Nous recommandons sans hésitation Vaillancourt Portes et Fenêtres.
