Great experience buying in the showroom. Help with permits. Also great support after installation. Eric was always helpful and got back to me quickly.

Really seem to not want to do business, all I wanted to know was what the cost of a simple installation would be because I have the door already I was told that they wouldn't install the door unless I bought it from them. Then I asked him what his company would charge me for the installation if I bought the door from him I gave him all specs about the job size of the door i wanted etc. He would not answer. It's been my experience that with companies like this (higher end products ) he sells overpriced solid wood doors made out of spruce or pine same material as an ordanry 2×4 with 5 coats of varnish on it so it looks expensive if you were to build the same door they are selling as solid wood it would cost you 1/8 the price. But that's besides the point just the fact that he would not even tell me about his product because I have just a small job that needs to be done tells me a lot about his company, basically if you're not stupid enough to spend 10000$ on their cheap products then you aren't even worth their time to speak with on the phone. I hope it was not the owner I spoke with because if it was he is a scumbag! And if it was just an employee I hope that the owner reads this review and has a talk with his staff about how to treat their customers. I've been a contractor doing renovations for 20 years now and am always looking for better businesses to deal with and I like to deal with small business owners instead of giving money to huge corporate monsters. But in this case if that's how they treat their customers I'll just take my business elsewhere. After 20 years dealing with material stores I know the types to stay away from and this place should be avoided if you don't want to be ripped off a pine door should not cost 400$ and the installation should definitely not be 150$ that's what I was quoted when I went there in person just so I could expose companies like this. I could do the same job with the same materials for a quater the price they are charging and that would be the absolute maximum price. If you opted for a regular interior door of the same size OMG!! The door would cost you 34$ and instalation would be around 50$ so 84$ vs 550$ idgaf if you are using solid oak cut from a single piece of wood and not the 12 pieces of cheap pine they are misleading you into thinking that your door was carved out of 1 huge piece of wood, it still wood not cost what they are charging. Please take my advice and do some research into what you are actually buying and ask yourself if it is really worth what you are being charged or are these shady companies preying on the publics ignorance? Sorry to drone on and on basically I'm saying do not deal with this company they are ripping off every single customer who deals with them. Yes they are solid wood doors but made out of 12 pieces of wood and their sales pitch is that solid doors are safer and can protect you lmao it's the dead bolt that keeps people out unless you have a door made out of 1 solid pice of wood. this companies doors are about 3 percent safer than the 37$ dollar door from home Depot. High prices rude staff and shabby products do not shop here. To the owner sorry for the bad review but I'm just telling you about what my experience with your company was I understand that you need to make a profit but you don't have to rip anyone off and the whole you need me more than I need you attitude from your staff doesn't help matters. Maybe you are new at running a business but most successful businesses do well because of repeat customers and treating everyone the same weather they are buying 100 doors or 3 hinges.
