Extremely aggressive company with poor customer service. Antoinette Mosca was very difficult to deal with and yelled over the phone. Their pricing is predatory and charged for work that was not completed. They charged 3.25/linear foot for rubber gasket around windows and doors. They charged 8 hours labour for a tech who was present for less than 3 hours overall. They charged for a material item that was not requested nor delivered. (A door handle) They refuse to provide quotes. I would avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. UPDATE: The repairs they made did not last. I have the same issues as before they fixed it. Not sure what happened but the repair didn't last. 2nd update (after Alcora's response): I have called them to service the door once again tomorrow and will relate my experience. 3rd Update (3 weeks after 2nd update) Technician has suddenly cancelled for the 3rd time in a row. I called to find out why and am told that they are "busy". Unacceptable. 4th update (1 week after 3rd): Door is finally fixed on the 4th time I scheduled a visit - 4 times!! Honestly if you don't have to do business with Alcora - don't - as you will be sorely disappointed in their after sales service.

One star is a lot for this business. There is absolutely no way in which they will offer post-sale assistance. Once you write the check you are on your own. We bought very specific windows, when they needed repair there was no way to get them to do the job. Save yourself some serious distress and shop somewhere else. We've called, visited the store, emailed. Every time they asked for our information and said they'll schedule a visit. It never happened. First attempt was in March 2016...it's been more than a year now (and a winter in the middle) and nothing.

Paid over 8 k for a window with a door and have had to have it repaired every single year.four years and counting. Have to call and leave messages five times throughout three weeks still not getting a call back. The handle they gave me last year was supposed to be temporary as it's a different Color but they never changed it. Stay away. Once they take your cash you'll never hear from them again.

A mon avis, c'est la pire expÃ©rience de relation avec un fournisseur que l'on puisse avoir: dÃ©lais de fabrication insensÃ© ( on parle de plusieurs mois de retard), installation dÃ©ficiente, communication difficile, un sentiment d'improvisation et de dÃ©sorganisation, je me permets de dÃ©conseiller cette sociÃ©tÃ© qui m'a provoquÃ© d'immense frustration, et mis en pÃ©ril certains de mes travaux de rÃ©novation. 1 Ã©toile me parait encore trop, mais il semble que c'est le minimum pour publier cet avis.

Mon projet de rÃ©novation Ã©tait ambitieux et je voulais faire affaire avec une entreprise qui soit capable de sortir des sentiers battus. Mon architecte m'a recommandÃ© Alcora et je ne le regrette pas. De la conception jusqu'Ã l'installation (dans un lieu difficile d'accÃ¨s de plus), tout a Ã©tÃ© fait dans les rÃ¨gles de l'art. Je suis trÃ¨s satisfait de mes fenÃªtres et retournerai chez Alcora pour le projet suivant !
