Terrible windows, 3 of my windows in my new home only lasted about 7 years , had them replaced, then 2 out of those 3 failed a few years after that, and no warranty cause 10 years from when home was built. So after several no shows, finally they came out and took measurements. Got the quote, and turns out the measurements were all wrong and they would have to remeasure. But after seeing they wanted almost a thousand dollars to install 2 small awnings type glass inserts with plain glass , no Low E or gas, no warranty if I put them in. Also, the sales person admitted I got the last of the crappy glass, and the new glass is way better, well thanks for telling me that. So shopped around and found better deal , paying less for more , ie. getting argon gas and 10 yr warranty, and they'll honor 10 more years on a replacement.
