I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. I had a pipe burst in a condo I rent out in London, Ont. on a weekend. They were in that same day with fans and a clean up crew. They were excellent communicators and answered multiple questions in a timely fashion. This meant a lot seeing as I lived provinces away and this was the first time making an insurance claim for water damage. The Belfor crew were very professional and always cleaned up their work (they even cleaned a mess that was not theirs, but one left behind from another company). I found they stuck to their timeline, sent me picture updates via email and were flexible with scheduling site visits with myself and my tenants. Brett, Phil and Tom, I so so appreciated all of your help, and guidance! My condo has never looked better!

On behalf of my Family. I wish to pass along extremely favorable comments in connection with the restoration services provided by Belfor Property Restoration. Although we have had several very positive experiences with Belfor in the past, we recently experienced a sink overflow of water in our home in southeast Calgary this resulted in substantial water damage. We strongly recommended to our insurer, Chubb, to immediately involve Belfor. They had representatives present within a few hours and the services they are providing are most excellent. We have every confidence in Belfor and would strongly recommend them to others in relation to restoration services.

We were so thrilled with the quick response from BELFOR! The team worked efficiently to mitigate possible water damage located in our building basement. The accurate and safe treatment of our problem was conducted and completed with the utmost care and cleanliness. The process of remediation was so good you wouldn't even have known they were ever on site. Thank you so much BELFOR, it was a pleasure working with you!

Shawn Kirwan and his crew did an amazing job. All of his people including Mackenzie,and Brendon that came for initial water cleanup on a long weekend responded very quickly. John the contractor and his helper for demo and mold removal. Greg for the 3 step cleanup. These people were all very professional, knowledgeable and experienced individuals. Mackenzie even brought coffee on the day he picked up the dehumidifier and air scrubber. All of these individuals made a bad situation better. I would strongly recommend the Belfor team to anyone needing there professional assistance.

We were recently broken into and after said people had taken everything they wanted, they discharged fire extinguishers all over the offices and showrooms to "cover their tracks". I can't express how much of a disaster this created. After being contacted, Malcolm from Belfor came in right away to assess the damage and see how cleanup should commence as almost every area was unworkable at this point. To start he had Callum come and bring in air purifiers as it was difficult to breath with all of the dust floating around. It was later in the morning and of course the staff were already booked and on other job sites, but Malcolm still managed to get two women to our offices shortly after lunch. It was stressed to him that my office was of the utmost importance, so he had Tammy and Angela start there. These women were very efficient and worked as quickly as possible to get my office cleaned up while still paying attention to detail. I appreciated this very much! The next day Malcolm had a very large crew in to get the rest of the offices and showrooms cleaned. Ashlynn was fantastic. She gave the crew great direction and kept me up to date on what was happening during the whole process. To say she is meticulous about the work would be an understatement. A few times I noticed her go over others work because she was not satisfied as well as re-clean areas where dust had settled overnight. All in all, from Malcolm to the cleaners to the scaffolding guys the service was excellent and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them. They definitely follow through on what they promise.
