I wanted to give a big shout out to Ryan and his crew at 24/7 Restoration. We found that the techs were very knowledgeable and courteous. We were kept informed of the process from start to finish. Time-lines were met and our expectations were exceeded. Thank you Ryan and your whole crew at 24/7.

My Project manager Aaryn kirk was amazing. He was professional and courteous and treated me and my home with the level of respect I feel I deserve. Although the insurance process seemed to drag on 24/7 had a great turnaround and retuned my property to me in pristine condition. Amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone. Pricing was spot on! I KNOW you won't be disappointed with the service 24/7 provides.

If I could give this company 0 starts, I would. 24 Restoration does not stick to their word. They over charge a ridiculous amount of money without telling you in advance. Save your time and money from them, they are a headache. You are better off with another company that is truthful.

I had a horrible experience with them. they invoiced for more drying time then they actually did, overcharged. the project manager is so arrogant, never returns calls. through his working crew asked for a spare key to access the house of no one is home. really?? shady business.

Phone your condo management company and find out what restoration service they use. If it is 24/7 insist on someone else. I am on my condo board and a unit had a flood. These guys were dispatched and 2 months later we were served a bill close to $5000 just for tearing out some cheap laminate then were quoted in excess of $17,000 for the restoration work. I managed to stop the hemorrhaging of money by insisting on a second opinion for the repairs which came in at less than half the price.
