My experience at PuroClean was fantastic from beginning to end. From the first contact early in the morning on Boxing Day, to the final rebuild in August, all staff and contractors were completely professional, friendly, thorough, helpful, and flexible. The rebuild was excellent, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the the drywall, paint, ceiling, flooring, and the after construction clean up. Ryan, thank you for your positivity, flexibility, and patience throughout the process. I would recommend PuroClean to anyone requiring restoration work on their property.

This is a very professional, caring business. Contractors were quick to respond to our flood, and concerned to mitigate the original problem. Each time they had to come for the next stage of restoration, they were friendly and efficient, pleasant to have working in our house. The house is now restored to being "home"! Thank you, Puroclean!

Puro Clean was hired to fix the water damage in my building. The work to my unit included patching some drywall and replacing baseboards. We are currently on week 5 or 6 of them starting the work and I still don't have baseboards in my unit. The lack of project management has trades calling me while I'm at work asking to get access with no prior communication that someone is coming. I have made numerous calls to the office to try to speak with the PM but have never had anyone return my call. I would never personally hire PuroClean to complete any work based on the service I have received.

My experience started off ok but near the end when it came to the final touches, it seems like I wasn't a priority and it took too long to finish. I am experiencing water damage from the work they did and they have stopped calling me back (Sarah and Ryan) and barley email you back. The initial clean up of the flood damage and siding was on time. The windows took the better part of a year to complete. They kept blaming the vendor and although it isn't Purocleans fault, they just let it drag on and gave up. It wasn't until I called Apollo windows myself and got it sorted. The last part was a piece of plastic on our outdoor extention. It took months of them not being able to find a suitable piece of corrugated plastic. I walked into my neighborhood Lowes and found it. Shortly after they installed the piece, snow started leaking. I called multiple time and didn't not recieve a call or text back. The last email I got was Sarah saying how can it leak when they installed it the exact same way. I'm not sure, we have had this extention for 11 years and it hasn't leaked. Looks like they did not use sealant in between the pieces. Sarah said she would send out Ryan, that was 6 months ago. Haven't heard anything and now there is water damage from the work they did. I was better off taking the money from my insurance and doing this myself. May have to open another insurance claim on the work Puroclean did.

Extremely impressed by the professional and prompt service delivered tonight by the PuroClean team amidst this horrendous storm. They had their team to my house to plywood our windows and cleanup the mess left behind within an hour of calling. You have made this stressful evening that much easier with your wonderful service provided. Thank you!
