I had a sewer backup in my basement. They responded quickly to clean it up. They also did the construction to put it all back together. The service was professional. The communication was much appreciated and the phone call were returned promptly. I would recommend Servpro.

They quickly attended to take care of water damage in my building and checked for damage to my suite. They removed some baseboards and set up dryers and a dehumidifier but when moving an appliance left numerous scratches in the wood flooring. Servpro them promptly forgot about my unit and had to be reminded months afterwards to complete their work & pick up their equipment. To their credit they were out here within a few days to finish the work, they were also informed of the initial floor damage they caused. Unfortunately I was away the day they came back as they proceeded to create even more scratches in the floor in the exact same area. They actual work they did seems fine. I also noticed that some items were missing from my suite. 4 small items (a utility knife & accessories) probably worth under $30 total that had been stored in separate closed drawers in my kitchen and bathroom. I had no other people in my suite that entire week so I can only conclude that the Servpro staff had gone through my drawers and pocketed these items. Likely hoping I wouldn't notice right away or call the authorities about such low value items. The manager/supervisor in charge was informed but I've heard nothing back at all. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for these types of services as in my experience they; caused extra damage, had to be reminded to actually finish the work, and worst of all took my absence as a free pass to go through my belongings and take what they wanted. If these items were worth any more I would have absolutely contacted the police, but instead I'm just leaving this review to warn anyone else looking to use Servpro. Please avoid or at the very least do not leave their staff alone in your home.

Servpro attended a flood at my office building, because of their swift action and fast response time they were able to save valuable paperwork and a number of irreplaceable books. Professional well trained employees they went the extra mile to keep me informed of their progress during the entire time they were on site.

I called Servpro after I had a leak in my bathroom, which also flooded my basement. They responded quickly and arrived within an hour of me calling. The project manager Mathieu and the Servpro staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. Insurance claims are never fun but they made it as pleasant as it can be. 10/10. Thank you.
